Reports to: Job Preparedness Manager
Full Description
Career Coaches are focused on helping their assigned learner(s) be prepared to start applying to jobs, networking and interviewing. The ultimate goal is to help support them in finding a job in the Microsoft Biz Apps space.
Preferably Career Coaches should be currently or have recently been in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or a Hiring Manager in the Microsoft Biz Apps space so that they have recent and relevant experience in the hiring and selection process.
Coaches advise a learner 1-on-1 and meet bi-weekly with them to improve their resume, LinkedIn profile, practice their elevator pitch, and conduct mock interviews.
Coaches should help their learner prep for upcoming interviews and work with them on any feedback they receive from practice or real interviews.
TechFluent will inform Career Coaches of the jobs the learner is applying for so that they have specific details to help with the coaching.

Time Commitment
1 to 2 hours per week per learner
Attend 60-minute onboarding call in June
Attend 60-minute retrospective in October
