Job Details

• Type: Part-time volunteer
• Reports to: Trainer Manager
• Term: 5 months (1 cohort)

Full Description

• Previous training experience is required.
• Provides feedback on the learners post training.
• Utilizes existing TechFluent training content to develop custom training on a particular technical or soft skill topic.
• Must have advanced or expert level knowledge on the topic of training.
• Facilities a 4 hour, 8 hour or 11 hour (1.5 day) training session.
• Trainings are held on Mondays & Fridays from 9 to 5 CT.
• Class size is max 20 learners
• Trainings are virtual and via Teams.
• Provides agenda and finalizes Learning Objectives with Trainer Manager prior to the training.
• Provides TechFluent leadership with feedback on the program so that we can continue to improve.
• Aligns to TechFluent’s Core Values of: Inclusion, Passion, Perseverance, Pay it Forward and Do the Right Thing.

Time Commitment

• Depends on Training facilitation time + prep time
• Attends prep session pre-cohort kickoff (approx. one 90-minute meeting)
• Attends retrospective post-cohort graduation (approx. one 60-minue meeting) or completes feedback survey
• Attends trainer/learner meet and greet meeting
• Attending Cohort Kick-Off and Graduation ceremonies are optional but encouraged
