Job Details

• Type: Leadership, Part-time volunteer
• Reports to: Executive Director

Full Description

• Accountable for confirming enough trainers and mentors for the upcoming cohort
  - Takes the lead on finding potential mentors and trainers
  - LT team and board will assist with finding leads for mentors and trainers
  - Currently we have a list of 20 trainers and 28 mentors from the last cohort
  
• Either leads intro calls or coordinates an LT member to join a intro call with all new potential trainers & mentors.
  30 minute call includes:
  - Overview of TechFluent & Values
  - Ensure volunteer is core value match
  - Set Expectations
  - Answer Questions
• Responds to the incoming volunteer web forms
• Helps recruit and interview other volunteers as needed (e.g. industry coaches, laptop refurb, leadership team, etc.)
• Should currently be working in or have previous experience in the D365/Power Platform or M365 industry.

Time Commitment

• Minimum of 4 hours a week.
• Bi-weekly 30 minute 1:1 sync with the Executive Director.
• Attend the weekly 1-hour L10 team meetings on Thursdays 4 to 5 pm CT.
