We will explore key features such as resource allocation\, financial setup\, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency. You will see demos using project templates\, defining business rules\, and customizing configurations to meet specific organizational needs. By the end of the session\, you will understand why businesses want to use Project Operations for seamless execution and improved collaboration and you will be able to configure the baseline functionality of the App. \nKey takeaways: \n\nUnderstand the primary features and benefits of the Project Operations App and how it is used in the Modern Workplace\nUnderstand how CoPilot can be deployed to work within the Project Operations App natively\nUnderstand the baseline configurations to stand up a Project Operations App\nPractice configuring key areas of the Project Operations App\nUnderstand inter-dependencies of the App for better approaches to business requirements design discussions\n\n  \nNOTE ABOUT Live Virtual Delivery of Class: This class will be delivered Live Virtual\, which means the Instructor will not be present in the classroom. We strongly encourage all students to be present in the classroom as we will still have 2 Trainer Assistants present to assist with Lab Exercises and this material is quite intensive. However\, if you feel you will learn best attending from a Virtual Location\, you may make PRE-ARRANGEMENTS with the Program Manager 1 week in advance to attend Live Virtual.
