Contact Center is an extension of the Customer Center Module allowing multiple channels of communication in a single environment. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate what Microsoft is working to accomplish with this new experience by curating a Model-Driven App specifically to accomplish a customer service experience with multiple channels of communication. \n
