In this session, we will introduce you to OmniChannel within D365CE which is another name for Contact Center. Contact Center is an extension of the Customer Center Module allowing multiple channels of communication in a single environment. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate what Microsoft is working to accomplish with this new experience by curating a Model-Driven App specifically to accomplish a customer service experience with multiple channels of communication.
