In this session, you will learn how to collaborate with people who bring differing perspectives to the table. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to explain the impacts of and differences between unconscious bias and psychological safety. You will be able to promote psychological safety in the workplace for yourself and others. And, you will be able to apply bias-aware practices to create a supportive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
