And we will understand which jobs and roles within a business or organization use CRM systems and how. Digging deeper, we will explore how CRM platforms are utilized within an organization’s technical infrastructure to streamline business process, automate tasks, and foster collaboration across teams. And, we will discuss how you can leverage what you learn in this course to gain practical experience toward the first step in your career.
