In this session, we will introduce the Field Service App and explain how and why this module is used by the Modern Workplace. We will share real world use cases and discuss the difference between Field Service versus Connected Field Service. You will learn each of the Field Service components – Work Orders, Assets, Inventory Management and Scheduling. We will then provide a detailed demo of the Field Service from the perspective of the Work Order Workflow as well as the Self-Scheduling Portal. When this course is complete, you will have a detailed understanding of the Field Service App and know when it is appropriate to deploy this solution and how best to configure the default components for successful delivery.
