Introduction to Microsoft Graph
This training introduces functional and data analysts to Microsoft Graph, a powerful API that connects various Office 365 services. Participants will learn how to access and manipulate data from Microsoft’s ecosystem to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks.

- Understand Microsoft Graph: Explain the purpose and benefits of Microsoft Graph in connecting Office 365 services for data analysis and reporting. navigate Graph API Basics: Demonstrate the ability to set up and initiate data requests through Microsoft Graph to retrieve user, group, and calendar data.
- Utilize Core Resources: Apply techniques to analyze user data, manage groups, and utilize calendar and event information for analytical purposes using Microsoft Graph.
- Master Query Techniques: Implement advanced query methods such as filtering, sorting, and pagination to extract relevant insights efficiently from Microsoft Graph data.
- Integrate Office 365 Services: Access and integrate data from OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook through Microsoft Graph to support collaborative analysis and reporting.
- Apply Best Practices: Identify and apply best practices for data handling, error management, and scalability when utilizing Microsoft Graph for data analysis and reporting tasks.
